My GP is a mobile app. There is no online version of My GP now. If you want to use My GP, you have to download it from the play store or AppStore that is depending on your device. The below screenshot is taken from the official My GP webpage of Grameenphone, where it is briefing about the features of My GP online. And there are also download links available there.

This was it for GP Care. The exact GP Ecare service is no more available. We are really sorry to let you know that. It has been turned off officially from Grameenphone a few years ago. We do not know the exact reason why GP Ecare is not available now. But there are more new features available in Grameenphone. That is also as exciting as the old Ecare service. There are My GP app, Flexi Plan app, User Login system, User ID system, Etc.
